Great product 🌟, very good communication, Amazing soft and thick black matt leather, the seating area is a bit on the stiffer side, the customization was 90% of what i wanted but it is acceptable.

Beautiful set. Well made would be 5 stars but there does not appear to be power to the usb ports on the side of the arm.  Well packaged and very well built.  Look great in our home theater.  So glad we did not purchase the oversized chairs that most models are made as.  These are the slim chairs and they are much more comfortable as no one in our family weighs over 200 pounds.   Lighted inside the arm rests helps.  I wish we could dim the blue lights on the switches, but I cover them during a movie and then they don't bother us.
